Astronomy for Change, in cooperation with the NASA@ My Library Program, and the Middle Country Public Library, Centereach, NY, will be part of a public program, presenting a lecture as part of the library’s “Space Out: The Earth and Beyond” exhibit and program set to begin on this date.
Entitled “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, Two Neutron Stars Became One“, the media and content-rich program will discuss the unprecedented visual observation and counterpart to the Gravity Wave event observed on August 17th of this year and will be tailored for general audiences, men, women and children of all ages.
