The spiral galaxy NGC-7320 of the famous compact cluster of galaxies known as Stephan’s Quintet appears in this animated JWST image. The galaxy was imaged across multiple wave bands and presents in this image in 2 discrete wavebands. Multi-waveband imaging reveals unique characteristics of the galaxy in each waveband. Image produced by James Daly, Ph.D, size 1200×822 pixels.
